Share Your Spark

Share Your Spark

Mentoring is from the Greek word meaning enduring.  Formal mentoring refers to assigned relationships between a more experienced mentor and a less experienced partner.

Fortunately for the motorcycle world, Harley has stepped in and created a Share Your Spark mentoring program.  Now a seasoned rider can be of assistance and share the “spark” with others.  The fee-based mentoring materials provide a framework for leveraging a customers’ enthusiasm to inspire new riders. Materials consist of a DVD featuring tips on how to become or find a mentor and stories from successful mentoring experiences.  In Harley fashion a Share Your Spark lapel pin provides a shout-out of your mentor status.

Share Your Spark: A Guide to Mentoring is available at Harley-Davidson dealers and HOG chapters.
